This isn’t just talk therapy. It’s pattern-shifting, self-trust-building, “oh wow that’s me” therapy.

Individual Therapy

You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, shut down—or just not like yourself lately. Maybe you’re stuck in old patterns, navigating a big life shift, or reacting in ways you don’t fully understand.

At Aera, therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and start shifting what’s not working. We work with anxiety, depression, relationship and family dynamics, obsessive thoughts, addictive patterns, eating disorders, trauma, stress, and life transitions — big and small.

Come as you are. We’ll figure it out together.

Couples and Family Therapy

Relationships can be complicated, even with people you love. You might be stuck in the same arguments, walking on eggshells, or feeling like you’re speaking two different languages.

We work with couples and families to unpack old dynamics, name what’s not working, and build new ways of relating that feel more honest, respectful, and connected.

Whether you’re navigating conflict, change, or just want to feel more like a team again, this is a space to slow down, get real, and do the work together.

Bilingual and Bicultural Therapy

Sometimes the hardest things to explain are the ones shaped by culture, language, or unspoken expectations. Maybe you're navigating mental health stigma, juggling multiple identities, or translating your experience for people who just don’t get it.

We offer therapy in both English and Spanish, with an understanding of how culture, family, and lived experience shape how you show up in the world—and in the therapy room.

This is a space where you don’t have to code-switch, over-explain, or filter yourself. Just come as you are, in the language that feels most like home.

What You Can Expect

We’re warm, collaborative, and not afraid to say, "I'm noticing a pattern here...

We believe therapy should be equal parts insight and action.

You’ll leave sessions with more clarity, more self-trust, and maybe even some language for the stuff you’ve been feeling but couldn’t name yet.
