Jenna Eldred, LMHC
I’m Jenna, a mental health counselor with a master’s degree from NYU in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness. My clinical background includes working one-on-one with clients from all walks of life in private practice, helping them explore the deeper roots of their patterns and build meaningful change from the inside out.
Therapy with me is about getting honest, curious, and learning how to stop being so hard on yourself. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on and find new ways forward.

My style is relational, collaborative, and always centered around you. I pull from psychodynamic and integrative frameworks to create a space that feels both supportive and productive. In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on building trust so you can show up fully—whatever that looks like for you.
I work well with people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, disordered eating, and big feelings that are hard to name. If you tend to overthink, overextend, or over-apologize, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I believe in the healing power of connection. And I believe therapy can hold room for vulnerability, growth, and even laughter.
Outside of sessions, I love baking, finding good coffee, and wandering new corners of the city. I’m originally from California, still adjusting to New York winters, and always up for a cozy recommendation.
